We are seeking to appoint a Property Manager. For this role we offer excellent career prospects, the opportunity to experience a diverse range of work streams and training to assist the successful candidate to gain further qualifications.

This role would suit someone who is RICS qualified or working to/ wishing to work towards qualification.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A working knowledge of rural Property Management.
  • Experience of working in as an Estate or Property Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills;
  • Strong organisational capability and first-rate attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent IT skills within all Microsoft packages and mapping software
  • You are a team player but also able to self-manage and work on your own initiative;
  • You have a logical and analytical approach;
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a strong “can do” approach to a varied workload.
  • A good sense of humour and ability to achieve a work-life balance

A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
