Professional background: Emma started working for D&R in 2017. She works out of the Cockermouth office two days a week and as Assistant Factor on an Estate in South West Scotland for the remainder of the week. Emma graduated with a Masters in Rural Estate and Land Management from Harper Adams University in 2019 after studying part time while working with the aim of taking her RICS exams this year. Emma is originally from Warwickshire where she gained a 2.1 degree in Biological Sciences specialising in genetics and environmental management at Warwick University.

Outside of work: Emma is a keen horse rider who competes two horses of her own. She enjoys mountain climbing, painting and country music.
