Professional background: After undertaking a placement year at a firm in Cheshire, Katie graduated from Harper Adams University in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.  After passing her APC in 2023 to become an RICS Chartered Surveyor and becoming a Fellow of the CAAV in 2025, Katie works primarily in Estate and Property Management.
