As land and property owners have become more aware of our consistently strong sales performance, the number and scale of rural properties sold by D&R has grown at a pace, right across all our offices in Scotland and Northern England.
In Scotland, most sales have gone to a closing date and achieved offers in excess of the asking price, we have a strong database of active buyers and have seen an increase in off market (private) sales.
Our well-established sales team can provide specialist knowledge when handling both sales, purchases and lettings on behalf of a range of clients. We deal with all types of rural property, including farms, rural residential property, agricultural land, small holdings, equestrian and lifestyle property and development sites. At D&R, we offer a personal service, focusing on local knowledge and an understanding of the wider property market.
Our teams work hard to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives. We look to maximise interest through effective marketing to benefit from maximum exposure. Alternatively, we also offer a discreet off-market sales service utilising our extensive contacts and networks.
