ACQUISITION SEARCH - RURAL ESTATE | SUBSTANTIAL LAND ASSET up to £10M

We are actively seeking to buy a rural estate or substantial land asset up to £10,000,000 with the following key criteria:

Location: Scotland, the North of England, or Wales. (Initial focus is the UK, but an international purchase may be considered).
Topography: Ideally moderate to high altitude land.
Water Assets: Natural water resources, with river access preferred.
Forestry/Silviculture: Estates incorporating established commercial/native forestry, or land with high afforestation potential.
Sustainability: Land to include areas for developing food self-sufficiency.
Alternatives: No real requirement for high-value residential property, but those assets may also be considered.
