Professional background:

Tess completed a placement year at D&R in 2019/2020 and has returned as a Graduate Surveyor in 2021 after gaining a 2.1 BSc Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University. She has recently passed her APC examinations to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Outside of work: 

Tess is heavily involved with her family’s commercial sheep farm with an interest in developing a flock of pure breeding sheep. She’s also a keen baker/cook and likes to try a variety of recipes.
