Professional background: As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Tracey Jackson, MRICS FAAV, has held Senior Rural Surveyor positions in County Council as well as Land and Estate Agents in Cumbria and Lancashire. She brings a rounded skill set and a great deal of experience gained on infrastructure and utilities projects.

Outside of Work: Tracey grew up on a Cumbrian Mushroom farm, and is now married to a livestock farmer near Cockermouth. She is involved with the Land and Nature Skills Service (LANSS), a service that connects people with learning and training opportunities in Cumbria.

Cockermouth was the 6^th D&R office to open - the first in Northern England. Opened in 2014, we have expanded our services and moved to larger offices within the Lakeland Business Park.

This office mainly covers Cumbria but reaches elsewhere in the North of England and SW Scotland, working closely with our Berwick and Castle Douglas offices.
