Professional background: Having joined D&R in our Cockermouth office in 2018 as a Graduate Surveyor, Joe qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in Autumn 2020. Joe became a Fellow of CAAV (Central Association of Agricultural Valuers) in 2022.

Joe grew up in north Cumbria and previously worked in residential sales and lettings specialising in rural property as an Estate Agent in Carlisle. He graduated with 2:1 in Estate Management in 2015 from Northumbria University.

Outside of work:  At home, Joe helps to run and manage his family’s pedigree herd of Belted Galloway which has had many successes in the shows and sales. He also enjoys travelling and is a keen skier.
