2023 Graduate Scheme applications open

Graduats line up at D&R

Welcome to the  2022 Graduate Team!

Many congratulations to our six new Graduate Surveyors who began their career journey with us at the start of September. After a two-day induction at Head office, all of our Graduate Surveyors are settling into their new roles. They are located throughout our offices and are all eager to learn more.

Everyone at D&R is delighted to welcome them aboard and we look forward to watching their careers at D&R grow and develop.

At Davidson and Robertson, as well as learning and working, there are fun and exciting opportunities for Graduate Surveyors to participate in – which include companywide sports days, BBQs, black tie dinner events and team-building exercises, including trips to Go Ape.

We have many long-serving employees with the company. It reflects our culture which strives to ensure that all employees feel accepted, valued and have a sense of belonging.

Martin Hall joined the company 31 years ago beginning his journey as a Graduate Surveyor and working his way up to Senior Director. Niall Milner joined the company 21 years ago as a Graduate Surveyor, and now Heads up our Property and Forestry Team, and Chris Edmunds joined the company 11 years ago as a Graduate Surveyor – he is now a D&R Director.
