Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team of Rural experts. This role is pivotal in facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, solid sales experience and a passion for the property market ideally with experience in the rural property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: generating leads, conducting property viewing, and progression sales from initial interest to completion.
- Negotiation: negotiating offers, terms, and conditions to reach agreements.
- Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers generated through various channels including networking and referrals.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties on company database and various property portals.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including social media posts, email campaigns and hosting events.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of properties through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Facilitate the sales process ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed.
- Support the wider team in achieving sales targets
- Communications: liaising with clients, vendors, and buyers to facilitate communication and understanding
- Client service: providing exceptional customer service to both clients and potential buyers
- Business Development: identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Market Knowledge: staying informed about trends and conditions
- Record Keeping: maintaining accurate records on Reapit
- Promote property listing by posting on social media regularly
Experience and Skills:
- Experience of sales gained in a property sales/agency environment preferably rural.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to effectively present properties is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills – must be able to build relationships.
- Clear and effective communication is necessary for interacting with buyers, sellers, and colleagues.
- Good IT skills are essential.
- Proactive, motivated attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
