Congratulations to D&R’s Steph Adams

It was announced at SAAVA’s AGM, Scotland’s valuation association, that Steph Adams, a Chartered Surveyor at Davidson & Robertson and farmer’s daughter from the Scottish Borders, has topped the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers’ (CAAV) exams in Scotland. Steph gained an honours degree in Rural Business Management from SRUC Edinburgh and joined D&R in February 2018 where she completed her training. In 2020 Steph qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), also becoming a RICS registered valuer and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).

George Hipwell, Director and Head of Rural & Agency at D&R said “D&R have always placed real importance on the development of our staff and the CAAV qualifications is a core part of our training pathways. Since the introduction of the Martin Hall President’s Prize in 2011, D&R have had five previous winners, so it is great that Steph has continued to build upon that foundation. We are delighted for Steph and her success is testament to the effort and dedication shown to training on the job.”
