Another great result for a longstanding D&R client!
We have successfully identified and managed an opportunity to create 81 new homes on 12 acres of land at Stainburn, Workington. Through our knowledge of the local development market, D&R identified the opportunity, promoted it through the local plan, tendered the site and worked on behalf of the landowner alongside developer Genesis Homes who obtained planning permission and will now take the project forwards.
