New Senior Associate joins Davidson & Robertson team

Davidson & Robertson (D&R), the rural experts with offices across Northern England and Scotland, has strengthened their senior team with the appointment of Tracey Jackson as Senior Associate.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor with over fifteen years of experience, Tracey Jackson brings a wealth of expertise in rural surveying having held senior positions both in the public and private sectors.

Married to a local livestock farmer, and based in the D&R Cockermouth office, Tracey is well known and highly respected within the county’s agricultural community.

As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Tracey’s career includes a tenure with Lancashire County Council, where she was involved in major infrastructure projects such as the Morecambe-Heysham link road. More recently, as an Associate Director at H&H Land & Estates, she supported clients affected by the West Cumbria Water Supply Project. Her versatile skill set also encompasses valuations, property sales, and complex landlord and tenant matters, which means she also provides a broad range of professional rural services
